针对偏僻地区弱通信环境下多警种、跨部门联合作业时,通信架构和模式通信指挥力量分散、难以实现协同指挥等问题,设计了一种简洁、易于扩展的融合通信系统,介绍了系统总体设计及核心的融合通信平台与融合通信接入子系统.实现了业务解耦重构及协议统一适配、弱通信环境下音视频优化和分布式节点多级联动等技术,通过应用示范验证了此系统具有性能稳定、抗干扰能力强、可用性强等优点.
Design of a Police Emergency Mobile Fusion Communication System
In view of the existing communication architectures and modes,dispersed communication command forces and difficulties in achieving collaborative command during the multi-police and cross-departmental joint actions in weak communication environments of remote areas,a concise and scalable fusion communication system is designed.The overall design of the system and the core fusion communication platform and fusion communication access subsystem are introduced.Technological problems of business decoupling and reconstruction,protocol unified adaptation,audio and video optimization in weak communication environments and distributed nodes'multi-level linkage are solved.Finally,through application demonstration,it is verified that this system has stable performance,strong anti-interference capability and high availability.
