目前,以调度交换机为核心的电力调度交换网仍采用脉冲编码调制(Pulse Code Modulation,PCM)技术实现远端延伸放号.随着基于互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)的IP电话(Voice over IP,VoIP)技术的发展,PCM设备故障率高、部署复杂等缺陷越来越明显.与传统PCM设备相比,以VoIP技术为基础的IP化通信网络具有安全、可靠和灵活部署的优势.设计并实现了基于VoIP技术的程控交换远端放号设备,可最大限度地利用电力调度交换网的已有资源,实现电力调度交换网向IP化的平滑演进.
Design and Implementation of Subscribe Equipment in Electric Power Dispatching Exchange Network Based on VoIP
At present,the electric power dispatch exchange network with dispatching switch as the core still adopts Pulse Code Modulation(PCM)technology to achieve remote extension.With the development of Voice over IP(VoIP)technology based on Internet Protocol(IP),the shortcomings of PCM equipment such as high failure rate and complex deployment are becoming increasingly apparent.Compared with traditional PCM devices,IP communication network based on VoIP technology has the advantages of security,reliability,and flexible deployment.The remote number allocation equipment for program-controlled switch based on VoIP technology is designed and implemented,which can maximize the existing resources of the electric power dispatch switching network and achieve the smooth evolution of the power dispatch switching network towards IPization.
