大型雷达天线装备结构组成复杂、造价昂贵、使用频次高、承担任务重.它的安全使用和可靠运行成为了装备使用管理中令人比较关心的问题.大型雷达天线存放锁定(收藏)装置因缺少插拔锁安全保护及状态警示功能,易造成插锁过程出现一系列安全问题,为避免收藏过程中出现误操作,对操作人员处置和操作天线带来安全隐患,提出了基于大型雷达天线俯仰存放锁定装置安全使用的研究方案,可实现天线在俯仰插拔锁时伴有声光提示及插锁安全逻辑保护、插拔锁中心点判别、到位自动反馈等功能,确保天线插拔锁过程的安全可靠,避免问题的发生.
Research on Secure Usage of Large Radar Antenna Pitching Storage Locking Device
The large radar antenna has a complex equipment structure with high cost,high frequency of use and heavy task to undertake.The secure usage and reliable operation has become a more concerned issue in equipment use management.A series of security problems in the process of plugging lock is caused by the lack of safety protection and status alert functions of inserting and pulling lock in the storage locking(collection)device of the large radar antenna.In order to avoid misoperation in the collection process and bring potential safety hazards to operators and antennas,a solution for secure usage based on the pitching storage locking device of the large radar antenna is proposed,which can realize the functions of acousto-optic prompt,logic protection of inserting lock security,central point judgment of inserting and pulling lock and automatic feedback in place when inserting and pulling lock in the pitching of the antenna,ensuring the security and reliability of the antenna during the process and avoiding problems.
