摘要
利用航空器开展航空应急救援、执行物资投送任务具有保障灵活、机动高效、有效应对恶劣地形、快速响应等优势,物资投送系统能够提高物流运营效率.开展了功能分析、系统设计、作业流程和总体架构的设计.系统功能包括投送需求提报、审批规划、任务分配、快速结算、任务评估、无人机机队/平台信息管理、航路规划定制等,能够有效解决复杂环境下应急物资运输调度、任务分配和任务评估等问题,具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
Aviation emergency rescue and material delivery tasks carried out by using aircraft have the advantages of flexible guarantee,high mobility and efficiency,effective response to harsh terrain and rapid response.The material delivery system can improve the efficiency of logistics operation.Functional analysis,system design,operation process and overall architecture design have been carried out.The system functions include reporting of delivery requirements,approval and planning,task allocation,rapid settlement,task evaluation,unmanned aerial vehicle fleet/platform information management,and support for customized route planning.It can effectively solve problems such as emergency material transportation scheduling,task allocation and task evaluation in complex environments and has important practical significance.
