针对当前北斗规模化应用的发展趋势及园区信息化建设中对于安全可信的位置服务需求,基于卫星定位、北斗短报文通信、地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)等技术,研发了安全可信位置服务系统和北斗三号手持及车载终端,搭建了面向智慧园区的安全可信位置服务体系.北斗三号卫星导航系统,通过在车辆上安装北斗三号车载终端,监控中心可实时掌握车辆的运行状态,并据此进行指挥调度.为执勤人员配备北斗手持终端,通过北斗独有的安全可靠的短报文通信网络,实现指挥中心和执勤人员、执勤人员之间的多方通信.平台可查看人员的位置信息,对执勤人员进行任务下发、指挥调度,执勤人员可通过终端向指挥中心汇报工作,与同行人员进行消息互动,紧急情况下可一键发出求助信息.研究成果可提升应急通信的稳定性、保密性和实用性,可应用于执勤巡检、应急通信等智慧园区场景.
Design and Application of a Secure and Credible Location Service System for Smart Parks
In order to keep up with the Beidou large-scale application tendency as well as to satisfy the requirement of secure and credible position service in the park's information construction,a safe and credible location service system,a BDS-3 handheld terminal and a BDS-3 vehicle terminal are developed based on technologies including satellite positioning,Beidou short message communication and Geographic Information System(GIS),and a smart park-oriented safe and credible location service system is also built accordingly.The system relies on the BDS-3 satellite navigation system with the BDS-3 vehicle terminal installed on cars,so that the real-time states of cars can be grasped in the monitoring center where command and dispatch can be then carried out.Personnel on duty are also equipped with the Beidou handheld terminal,enabling the multi-party communications between the command center and personnel on duty and among personnel on duty through the unique and reliable Beidou short message communication network.Position information of personnel on duty can be searched on the platform which can also issues tasks and conducts command and dispatch.With the platform,personnel on duty can report their work to the command center and do message interaction with the peer.In emergency situations,the one-touch SOS information can be immediately sent as well.The study results can promote stability,confidentiality and practicability of emergency communication,and the system can be widely applied in smart park scenarios,such as duty patrol management and emergency communication.
