摘要

针对传统视频传输方法存在的延迟高、带宽消耗大以及视频预览方式易用性差等问题,通过分析工厂车间的视频应用情况,研究了工厂车间场景下的实时视频预览及视频智能化应用现状,提出了一种基于WebSocket的视频转发方法.通过WebSocket协议实现实时数据传输,结合视频编码技术,提高视频转发的实时性和视频预览的易用性,实现浏览器无插件实时播放监控视频流.以车间安全生产为切入点,阐述了在此基础上的智慧车间场景应用,通过人工智能技术实现对安全隐患的智能识别和车间安全生产的自动化监测.

Abstract

In response to high latency,high bandwidth consumption,and poor usability of video preview in traditional video transmission methods,the video application situation in factory workshops is analyzed to study the real-time video preview and intelligent application status in factory workshop scenarios,and a video forwarding method based on WebSocket is proposed.Real-time data transmission is achieved through the WebSocket protocol.Combined with video encoding technology,the real-time performance of video forwarding and the usability of video preview are improved,with the real-time playback of monitoring video streams realized without plugins in the browser.Finally,starting with workshop safety production,the application of intelligent workshop scenarios based on this is elaborated.Through artificial intelligence technology,intelligent identification of safety hazards and automatic monitoring of workshop safety production are achieved.
