介绍了一种X波段 2 500 W宽带通信功放的设计与实现.采用ADS大信号模型仿真的方法对功率管进行阻抗匹配,选取 3 dB平衡式耦合器分合路,设计了X波段 150 W末级模块;利用五级波导魔T级联的方式设计了大功率三十二合路器,实现了X波段低损耗的大功率合成,使用CST仿真软件进行仿真优化;采用数字仿真和结构优化相结合的方式进行液冷机箱设计,并运用ICEPAK软件设计了高效散热器,对机箱内模块的布局进行优化仿真;利用全面的控制保护电路,提高功放的可靠性.
Design and Realization of X-band 2 500 W Broadband Communication Amplifier
A design and implementation of X-band 2 500 W broadband communication power amplifier is introduced.By adopting ADS large signal model simulation method to match the impedance of power transistor and 3 dB balanced coupler to split and combine circuit,an X band 150 W final module is designed;The high power 32-way combiner is designed by using the five-stage waveguide magic T cascade and the low loss high power synthesis in X-band is realized.CST simulation software is used for simulation and optimization.The liquid-cooled case is designed by using digital simulation and structural optimization.ICEPAK software is used to design an efficient radiator,and the layout of modules in the chassis is optimized and simulated.The comprehensive control and protection circuit is adopted to improve the stability and reliability of the power amplifier.
