摘要
为解决地面资源系统的合理利用问题,探讨了在采用不同任务调度算法得到任务规划方案的约束下,对地面资源系统利用效能进行综合评估的方法.从构建效能评估指标和效能评估模型两方面分析软件需求,设计了接收任务规划效能评估指标体系和评估决策流程,并在对接收任务规划效能进行定量分析的基础上,决策采用何种调度算法.建立了一套灵活、有效、全面的效能评估机制,对卫星资源规划调度具有重要作用.
Abstract
In order to address the challenge of optimizing the utilization of ground resource systems,the effectiveness evaluation of the integrated use of ground resource systems is discussed under the constraints of different task planning schemes derived from various task scheduling algorithms.The software requirements are analyzed from two aspects:constructing effectiveness evaluation indexes and effectiveness evaluation models.The system for effectiveness evaluation indexes and evaluation decision-making process are designed.Based on the quantitative analysis of the effectiveness evaluation of task planning,the scheduling algorithm is decided.A flexible,effective,and comprehensive mechanism foreffectiveness evaluation is established,which plays an important role in satellite resource planning and scheduling.
