为满足日益增长的多维立体式、沉浸式新媒体通信需求,针对当前运营商复杂的底层网络架构现状,提出了基于分层解耦的 5G民用网络新媒体能力建设方案.对方案中多要素智能决策、通话新媒体能力、风险感知能力、发现故障能力、业务编排能力的建设要点进行了简要介绍,提出采用解耦的方式规避运营商现状问题,设计了 5G新通信能力开放底座、5G新通话媒体应用、5G信息安全管控系统和 5G智能化运维能力四大技术方案,旨在推动 5G能力开放和创新应用进一步发展,助力数字经济新业态蓬勃发展.
Solution of New Media Capability for 5G Civilian Network Based on Hierarchical Decoupling
In order to keep pace with the people's ever-growing demand for multi-dimensional and immersive new media communication,a solution of new media capability for 5G civilian network is proposed based on hierarchical decoupling,for the current complex underlying network architecture of operators.Key points of the solution are briefly introduced,including multi-factor intelligent decision-making,new communication media capability,risk perception capability,fault detection capability and service orchestration capability.Decoupling is adopted to circumvent the situations of operators,with four major technical solutions designed:open platform for 5G new communication capability,5G new communication media application,5G information security management and control system and 5G intelligent operation and maintenance capability.These are intended to promote the further development of 5G capability opening-up and innovative application,contributing to the vigorous development of new modes in digital economy.
