摘要

通讯领域的能耗主要来自服务器的电力消耗,随着国家"碳达峰""碳中和"发展理念的实施,及时开展服务器类环境资源节能降耗技术的研究具有重要的行业引领价值.针对传统持续节能过程中人力投入大、成本高、效率低、闲时无法下电等问题,本文从环境驱动、场景触发的角度提出一种服务器类环境资源分层管理的新思路,并在此基础上设计开发节能降耗平台框架,通过技术手段实现对服务器类环境资源用电进行控制,一键配置节能策略,打造节能强劲引擎,提升了节能的效率,节约了成本.该平台在环境资源提效领域得到了应用推广,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract

The energy consumption in the communication field is mainly from the power consumption of servers.With the imple-mentation of the national development concept of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality"at the strategic level,research on energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies for server-type environmental resources has important industry-leading value.In response to problems such as large manpower input,high costs,low efficiency,and inability to shut down during idle time in the continuous energy-saving process,a new idea of hierarchical management of server-class environmental resources is proposed from the perspective of environmental drive and scenario triggering.Based on this,an energy-saving and consumption-reducing platform framework is designed and developed to control the power consumption of server-type environmental resources through technical means,configure energy-saving strategies with one click,create a strong energy-saving engine,improve energy-saving efficiency,and save costs.This platform has been applied and promoted in the field of environmental resource im-provement,and achieved good results.
