An Electronic License Access Control Method Based on Aggregation and Association of Smart Contracts
With the in-depth promotion of"Internet plus government services",the application of electronic licenses has entered a rapid construction period. In electronic certificate management, different businesses need to be completed by specialized units, and the identity of participants needs to be confirmed during the certificate transmission process. It cannot be disclosed to the public. This paper proposes a blockchain-based trusted identity electronic certificate management system and access control method. This method is based on fuzzy measurement and a multi-attribute aggregation operator.User permissions are controlled by clustering and evaluating user attributes.User permission verification certificates and certificate encryption based on usage scenarios are established, implemented electronic license management in a blockchain environment with user identity trustwor-thiness,license tamper prevention, and privacy leakage prevention.
