复杂系统的研究核心内容是对它进行建模,然而,建模的复杂程度已超出人工建模的能力.因此,提出充分利用复杂系统运行过程中积累的大数据进行智能建模的方法.通过改进随机图并加入裁减过程构建复杂系统在均匀分布和非均匀分布情况下的框架建模方法,通过改进门控制循环单元(GRU)和双向GRU构建复杂系统元模型建模方法.通过整编装备保障体系大数据,设计建模评价指标,形成智能建模工具用于数据治理、模型生成和模型评价,以装备保障体系为典型复杂系统实现复杂系统智能黑盒建模,并给出模型可信度验证结果.
Intelligent modeling method for complex systems based on big data
The core of research on complex systems is to model them.However,their complexity has exceeded the ability of manual modeling.An intelligent modeling method that utilized the accumulated big data during the operation of complex systems was proposed.A framework modeling method for complex systems under uniform and non-uniform distribution was constructed by improving random graphs and incorporating pruning processes.A complex system metamodel modeling method was constructed by improving Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)and bidirectional GRU.By integrating the big data of the equipment support system,designing modeling and evaluation indicators,and forming intelligent modeling tools for data governance,model generation,and model evaluation,the intelligent black box modeling of complex systems was achieved using the equipment support system as a typical complex system,and the model credibility verification results were provided.
