摘要
为优化煤氧化自燃过程的计算,应用煤的自燃危险性判定方法以及煤的着火活化能理论,基于Windows操作系统,采用Visual C++的可视化界面设计,开发了煤氧化自燃活化能优化计算软件.优化软件采用热分析动力学中的Coats-Redfem积分法,并通过Excel内置公式函数和Origin的线性拟合算法,在煤样热重分析实验获得的煤氧化自燃热重曲线的基础上,快速准确的求解出煤样失水失重阶段、氧化增重阶段和燃烧失重三个阶段对应的活化能E、线性相关系数R和指前因子A.
Abstract
In order to optimize the calculation of coal spontaneous combustion process,using the decision method of coal spontaneous combustion danger and coal ignition activation energy.On the base of Windows operating system,using Visual C++ visual interface design,then development the optimal calculation softwareof coal spontaneous combustion activation energy,which use the Coats-Redfem integral method of thermal analysis kinetics,the function and formula of Excel and linear calibration of Origin.On the base of coal oxidation spontaneous combustion thermogravimetric curve which obtains from the coal thermal gravimetric analysis experiments,it can quickly and exactly solve the activation energy E,linear correlation coefficient R and pre exponential factor A of evaporated alleviative phase,weight incremental oxidation phase and combustion alleviative phase.
