应急物流网络中物资短缺传播模型及应用

针对应急物流决策中如何描述物资短缺现象在复杂物流网络中传播的问题,提出了物资短缺在应急物流网络中的传播模型与算法。该方法基于复杂网络的病毒传播机理,构建了引入时间参数的物资短缺SI-SIRS传播模型,并将其应用于包含61个供应点的无标度应急物流网络中物资短缺的传播特性分析。案例分析表明,SI-SIRS模型有效地刻画了物资短缺现象在应急物流网络中的传播行为;物资短缺现象的传播特性受本身扩散特性、应急物流网络拓扑结构、物资供应点个体差异以及应急物流响应机制的制约。
Spread model and application of shortage of supplies for emergency logistics network
Aim at the problem for how to analyze the propensity to spread of shortage of supplies in emergency logistics decision support system, this paper proposed a new model to study the propensity to spread of shortage of supplies for emergency logistics network. This paper, by the mechanism of viral spreading and introducing the parameter of time "t", it constructed SI-SIRS (susceptible infective and susceptible infective recover susceptible) model to analyze the scale-free network which included 61 nodes. Case analysis shows that SIRS effectively depicts the spread behavior of shortage of supplies in emergency logistics network. Propensities to spread of shortage of supplies are effected by node self-spread ability, network topology, individual nodes differences and responding mechanism of emergency logistics.
