MODELING AND ANALYSIS FOR ENERGY FLOW IN FOOD WEB BASED ON STOCHASTIC COLORED PETRI NET
To better describe the problem of energy flow,make a timely prediction of biological changes,as a case study of energy flow in the food Web,a stochastic colored Petri nets model and accessibility analysis method are proposed.Based on the colored Petri net,some characteristics,such as stochastic function and constraint function,were introduced to describe the transfer characteristics of a token.Based on stochastic colored Petri nets,an algorithm for constructing reachable graphs and a stochastic probability matrix were proposed.The stochastic colored Petri nets were applied to the energy flow process of the food Web,and the energy flow process was analyzed and the substances transferred were classified.The validity of the model is verified.
