摘要

针对提取航拍图像中输电线容易出现断裂、重叠,识别准确率低等问题,提出一种改进Hough变换输电线提取算法.通过灰度化对航拍图像进行预处理,Canny算法识别输电线边缘;利用去除小连通区域方法减少边缘图像背景噪声;改进Hough变换参数空间的极大值判定范围,实现单直线响应准则.实验结果表明,改进算法相对于LSD、EDLines、传统Hough变换方法,能够完整提取出输电线,并且准确率高、抗噪性好.

Abstract

To overcome the problems of breaking,overlapping and low recognition accuracy of the power line extraction from aerial image,a power line extraction algorithm based on improved Hough transform is proposed.The aerial image was preprocessed by grayscale and the power line edge was identified through Canny algorithm.The background noise of the edge image was reduced by removing small connected region.The single-line response criterion was satisfied by improving the judgment range of the maximum value in the parameter space of the Hough transform.The experimental results indicate that the improved algorithm can extract power line completely with high accuracy and good noise immunity compared with LSD,EDLines and traditional Hough transform.
