In view of the changes in law enforcement and supervision brought about by the reform of natural resources institutions,this paper analyzed and studied the new needs of natural resources law enforcement and supervision informatization and the key points that needed to be integrated.Through the analysis of needs and key points,combined with the information technology,the system was designed and technically designed.Based on natural resources and planning information and data status,the research and development of a comprehensive law enforcement and supervision system for natural resources was realized.
