LINK ADAPTATION JOINT OPTIMIZATION METHOD BASED ON OPTIMAL FRAME LENGTH IN AOS
Aimed at the problem of high data transmission error rate in advanced orbiting system(AOS),resulting in low system throughput,a link adaptive joint optimization method based on the optimal frame length is proposed. To maximize system throughput, the method was optimized by combining variable frame length, adaptive coding modulation and hybrid automatic repeat request technology, and it assigned the best frame length and coding modulation method for the next frame transmission according to the channel state information. In addition, error correction and retransmission of erroneous data were carried out to improve system throughput.Simulation verification shows that compared with the AMC-HARQ and AMC-ARQ methods, the system throughput is improved while ensuring the system error rate.
