传统的电子病历档案存在易受到攻击,信息易被泄露、被篡改,数据难共享等问题。针对这些问题,利用区块链分布式、防篡改、可溯源等特性,设计一种基于区块链的病历档案存储系统,解决了病患对其隐私数据的保护和医疗机构之间文件的共享问题。结合星际文件系统永久性和去中心化存储文件的特性,缓解了区块链对于大文件上链成本高,上链难的压力。数字签名的使用保证了病患对其病历信息的知情权和可控权。最后根据系统实现和结果,与相关系统进行了比较分析。
MEDICAL RECORD FILE STORAGE SYSTEM BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN
Traditional electronic medical records are vulnerable to attacks,making it easy for information to be leaked or tampered with,tampered,and data is difficult to share.In view of these problems,a medical record file storage system based on blockchain is designed by using the characteristics of blockchain distribution,tamper-proof and traceability,which solves the problems of patients'protection of their private data and file sharing among medical institutions.Combined with the permanent and decentralized file storage characteristics of the Interplanetary file system,it relieved the pressure of the high cost and difficulty of the blockchain for the chain of large files.The utilization of digital signature ensured that patients retained the right to access and exercise control over their medical record information.A comparative analysis was conducted between the proposed system and related systems based on its implementation and resulting performance.
