基于EtherCAT的数字化电子实验平台设计与实现

针对传统电子实验教学中手工测量和记录数据存在误差、指导教师难以同时顾及众多学生的问题,设计基于EtherCAT的数字化实验平台.借助EtherCAT实现一主多从平台的快速组网,利用STM32F4和LAN9252搭建实验台终端对实验数据进行采集和传输,并设计终端的图形向导软件给予学生全程指导.测试结果表明,实验平台通信实时、可靠,数据采集准确,可为学生提供一对一的辅助指导,为实现电子实验数字化教学、提高实验教学质量提供一种新的方式.
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL ELECTRONIC EXPERIMENTAL PLATFORM BASED ON ETHERCAT
To solve the problems in traditional electronic experimental teaching that errors exist in manual measurement and recording data,and one instructor is hard to tutor many students at the same time,a digital experimental platform based on EtherCAT is designed.A master multi-slave platform networking was constructed using EtherCAT.STM32F4 and LAN9252 were used to build the experimental terminal to collect and transmit experimental data,and a graphic wizard software was designed to provide students full guidance.The test results show the experimental platform has real-time and credible communication,accurate data acquisition,and one-to-one guidance for students,which offers a new way to realize digital teaching of electronic experiment and improve the quality of experiment teaching.
