基于RFID技术的种鸡数据采集系统研究与实现

为了解决北京油鸡育种过程中数据采集难度大、错误率高、数据管理水平低的问题,设计基于RFID技术的种鸡数据采集系统,研发可折叠式电子翅标、移动终端采集设备、自动称重台和数据管理云平台,实现育种过程中生长和生产关键数据的自动化采集、管理和应用.通过初步应用,电子翅标全生命周期掉签率小于1%,重量不超过0.5 g,数据采集准确率超过99%,总体育种效率提高2倍,减少了约50%的人力成本,解决了传统模式成本高、误差大、关键数据缺失等问题,提高了种鸡育种自动化程度.
STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM FOR CHICKENS BASED ON RFID TECHNOLOGY
In order to solve the problems of difficult data collection,high error rate and low level of data management in the process of Beijing You Chicken Breeding,a data collection system for breeding chicken based on RFID technology is designed.The foldable electronic wing label,mobile terminal collection equipment,automatic weighing platform and data management cloud platform were developed to realize the automatic collection of key growth and production data in the breeding process management and application.The results through preliminary application show that the drop rate of electronic wing label is less than 1%in the whole life cycle,the weight is not more than 0.5 g,the accuracy of data collection is more than 99%,the overall breeding efficiency is increased by 2 times,and the labor cost is reduced by about 50%.The problems of high cost,large error and lack of key data in traditional model are well solved,which can improve the automation degree of breeder breeding.
