基于改进VMD与MAD的局部放电信号去噪方法研究

为有效抑制局部放电(PD)信号中的窄带干扰和白噪声,提出一种基于改进变分模态分解(VMD)与中位数绝对偏差(MAD)的去噪方法。针对VMD的端点效应,提出一种滑动波形匹配镜像法,并构建加权峭度指标来确定VMD算法中的最佳分解模态个数;根据分解后各模态峭度指标剔除窄带干扰与白噪声;引入MAD并将其与Savitzky-Golay平滑滤波法结合,对各PD脉冲主导模态中残留的白噪声进一步去噪。通过与传统方法对比,仿真与实测结果均表明,文中所提方法能够滤除更多噪声,同时保留更多PD脉冲的有效信息。
PARTIAL DISCHARGE SIGNAL DENOISING METHOD BASED ON IMPROVED VMD AND MAD
In order to effectively suppress narrow-band interference and white noise in partial discharge(PD)noise signal,a denoising method for partial discharge signals based on improved variational modal decomposition(VMD)and median absolute deviation(MAD)method is proposed.An improved sliding waveform matching-mirroring algorithm was proposed to suppress the endpoint effect of VMD,and the weighted kurtosis index was constructed to determine the best decomposition mode number in VMD.We eliminated narrow-band interference and white noise according to kurtosis index of each mode after decomposition.MAD was introduced and combined with Savitzky-Golay smoothing filter to further denoise the residual white noise in each mode dominated by partial discharge pulse.Compared with traditional methods,the results of simulation and measurement show that the proposed method can preserve more effective information of partial discharge pulse while suppressing noise more effectively.
