摘要

针对基金项目申请集中接收期形式审查任务重、申请书审查要点多、申请人未给予足够重视等问题,基于Python设计开发国家自然科学基金形式审查系统.该系统包括单项检测和批量检测两大功能模块,可以对基金申请书的13个部分、近30项指标进行自动检测,减轻了依托单位形式审查压力,提高了申请书形式审查通过率,在一定程度上解放了科研人员双手,解放了依托单位科研管理者双手.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as heavy task of formal examination during the centralized acceptance period of fund application,various key points in the examination of application,and insufficient attention of applicants,this paper designs and develops a formal examination system for National Natural Science Foundation of China based on Python.The system includes single detection and bulk detection function module,which can conduct automatic detection for the 13 parts,and nearly 30 indicators in the fund application,thus to reduce the formal examination pressure of the supporting institutions,improve the pass rate of formal examination,and to liberate scientific research personnel as well as the science and research department managers to a certain extent.
