针对新一代产品几何技术规范与认证(Geometrical Product Specification and Verification,GPS)标准在实际工程中的应用程度较低、各操作之间难以集成使用、过度依赖检验者经验的问题,开展几何误差检验操作的本体构建与推理研究。根据新GPS检验操作和零件测量信息,建立几何误差检验操作信息表示模型,基于信息表示模型来构建相应的几何误差检验操作本体,接着采用语义网规则语言(Semantic Web Rule Language,SWRL)建立检验操作智能推理的SWRL规则,以实例在Protegé中验证该方法的可行性。
CONSTRUCTION AND REASONING OF GEOMETRIC ERROR CHECKING OPERATION BASED ON ONTOLOGY
Aiming at the problems of the low application level of the new generation of geometrical product specification and verification(GPS)standards in actual engineering,the difficulty of integration between operations,and the excessive reliance on the experience of the inspector,this paper carries out the ontology construction and reasoning research of geometric error inspection operation.We established a geometric error inspection operation information representation model according to the new GPS inspection operation and part measurement information.We built the corresponding geometric error inspection operation ontology based on the information representation model,used the Semantic Web Rule Language(SWRL)to establish Check the SWRL rules for operating intelligent reasoning,and verified the feasibility of the method in Protegé with an example.
