基于霍夫减影的变电站指针仪表读数识别

随着变电站智能化的不断提高,仪表自动读数成为未来的发展趋势。针对仪表图像受光照影响大、表盘背景复杂、对比度低和变电站自身的特点,提出一种基于霍夫减影的变电站指针式仪表读数。利用基于梯度的霍夫圆检测算法提取表盘圆心;利用减影法定位指针;利用模板匹配算法提取表盘特征刻度值;通过判断指针与刻度的相对位置计算读数。实验结果表明,算法受环境背景干扰小,识别精度高。
READING RECOGNITION OF SUBSTATION POINTER METER BASED ON HOUGH SUBTRACTION
With the improvement of substation intelligence,automatic meter reading has become the future development trend.Pointer meter images are vulnerable to illumination,complicated background of panel,low contrast and substation itself.Aimed at this problem,a new algorithm for the reading recognition of substation pointer meter based on Hough subtraction is proposed.The proposed approach extracted the circle of meter region by Hough circle detection algorithm based on gradient.The pointer was positioned by image subtraction and the template matching method was adopted to extract panel characteristic scale value.The reading recognition was identified by the relation between the pointer and scale lines.Experimental results show that the proposed method is smaller effected by complicated background.It has batter recognition accuracy.
