结合嵌入技术基于关键字的最高关联搜索方法

主要围绕网络安全知识图谱应用,结合嵌入表示技术提出一种基于关键字的最高关联搜索方法.利用公开的网络安全漏洞数据构建以漏洞为核心网络安全知识图谱,采用嵌入表示技术和大型图的Steiner树算法设计基于关键字的最高关联搜索方法;结合网络安全特征提出引入关系权重的Trans-W系列嵌入表示改进算法,同时基于Sketch提出适合大型图的SketchTrim算法.实验结果表明准确率有显著的提升.
KEYWORDS-BASED HIGHEST CORRELATION SEARCH METHOD COMBINED WITH EMBEDDED TECHNOLOGY
This paper mainly focuses on the application of network security knowledge graph,combined with embedded representation technology,and proposes the highest relevant search method based on keywords.The network security knowledge graph with vulnerability as the core was constructed by using the open network security vulnerability data.On this basis,the highest relevant search method based on keywords was designed by combining embedded representation technology and Steiner tree algorithm of large graph.The improved Trans-W series embedded representation algorithm with relation weight was proposed based on the network security features.At the same time,SketchTrim algorithm suitable for large graphs is proposed based on Sketch.Experimental results show that the accuracy is significantly improved.
