基于B/S架构的非道路移动机械综合管控平台设计与应用

摘要
为解决非道路移动机械分布范围广且排放监管不严的问题,设计基于B/S架构的非道路移动机械综合管控平台,以城市区域为监控单位远程监控非道路移动机械的排放与运行状态.平台通过普查登记系统与车载终端技术,采集非道路移动机械的基础信息与运行状态并在Web平台可视化显示,针对排放超标机械进行预警.平台设计完成后在湖北省荆州市部署应用,经过一年多实车验证,平台运行稳定且能实现预期功能.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of wide distribution of non-road mobile machinery and lax emission supervision,a comprehensive management and control platform for non-road mobile machinery based on B/S architecture is designed.We took the urban area as the monitoring unit to remotely monitor the emission and operation status of non-road mobile machinery.Through general survey and registration system and vehicle terminal technology,the platform collected the basic information and operation status of non-road mobile machinery and visualized on the Web platform,so as to warn for machinery with excessive emissions.After the platform design was completed,it was deployed in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province.After more than a year of verification in real vehicles,the platform can run stably and achieve the expected results.
