Assembly Design and Research of a High-rise Shear Wall Residential Building
In order to promote high-quality development of the assembled building,the province has formulated a number of relevant local standards.A number of cities have specified assembled building indicators in the conditions of project land use.Taking a residential project in Nanjing as an example,this paper describes in detail the assembly planning scheme for fabricated monolithic shear wall residential buildings in accordance with the requirements of national,industrial,provincial and municipal codes,standards,etc.It mainly adopts precast shear wall,precast composite board,precast staircase,precast inner partition board,full decoration,dry pavement,BIM planning,standardized design and other technologies.The key points such as precast exterior wall panel,kitchen and toilet waterproof structure are analyzed.
