大直径盾构下穿既有地铁车站施工技术研究

随着我国城市地下空间开发不断发展,新建小口径隧道工程下穿既有建筑物日趋普遍,积累了丰富的施工经验,施工技术较为成熟,而大直径盾构隧道穿越既有建筑物的技术尚不成熟,其施工过程技术若有不当,极易引发安全问题.文章以深圳市16号线共建管廊大口径隧道下穿深圳地铁16号线回龙埔站为案例,采用超前地质预报等手段,根据预报的情况,提出切实可行的方案,有效解决盾构掘进过程中引起的变形,保证开挖面稳定和既有地铁车站的安全,为类似工程提供经验.
Research on Construction Technology of Large-diameter Shield Tunneling Under-passing Existing Subway Stations
With the continuous development of underground space development in urban areas in our country,the construction of new small-diameter tunnel projects passing under existing buildings is becoming increasingly common.Several large central enterprises have accumulated rich construction experience and mature construction technologies in this area.However,the technology for crossing existing buildings with large-diameter shield tunneling is still immature,and improper construction techniques during the process can easily lead to safety issues.This article takes the case of the Shenzhen Line 16 Co-built Utility Tunnel's large-diameter tunnel passing under the Shenzhen Metro Line 16 Huilongpu Station as an example.Through means such as advanced geological forecasting,practical and feasible solutions are proposed based on the forecasted conditions,effectively addressing the deformations caused by shield tunnel excavation,ensuring excavation face stability,and the safety of the existing subway station,providing experience for similar projects.
