双模盾构机为地质起伏变化较大的盾构隧道工程而设计,通过对平衡模式的切换来适应不同地质环境下盾构的高效施工掘进.深惠城际平湖站至凤岗站区间因具有前段、后段为上软下硬地质,中段为全断面岩层地质的特点而采用EPB/TBM双模盾构施工,其间,需要切换模式4次.文章就盾构机模式切换的方法进行系统的阐述.
Dual-mode(EPB/TBM)Shield Mode Conversion Technology Engineering Practice
The dual-mode shield tunneling machine is designed for shield tunneling projects with significant geological fluctuations.It adapts to the efficient construction and excavation of shield tunneling in different geological environments by switching the balance mode.The section between Pinghu railway station and Fenggang station of Shenzhen Huizhou Intercity Railway adopts EPB/TBM dual-mode shield construction because of the soft upper and hard lower geology in the front and rear sections,and the full section rock stratum geology in the middle section.The mode needs to be switched four times.This article systematically elaborates on the efficiency and safety of mode switching.
