螺纹扩大体钢桩在深基坑支护工程中的应用研究

螺纹扩大体钢桩是近年来江浙沪地区逐渐兴起的一种新型斜向支护结构,与传统钢筋混凝土内支撑相比具有施工便捷、工期缩短、成本节约等优势.文章结合苏州工业园区某大面积深基坑工程,对螺纹扩大体钢桩的应用进行介绍,重点对支护型式的选择及施工工艺进行阐述;静载试验结果表明,螺纹扩大体钢桩承载力满足设计要求;启明星软件计算结果和现场监测数据均显示,钢桩的变形控制效果好,该项目的成功经验可供类似工程借鉴与参考.
Research on the Application of Threaded Enlarged Steel Pile in Deep Foundation Pit Support Engineering
The threaded enlarged steel pile is a new type of inclined supporting structure gradually emerging in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai in recent years.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete internal support,it has the advantages of convenient construction,shortened construction period and cost saving.Combined with a large-scale deep foundation pit project in Suzhou Industrial Park,the application of threaded enlarged steel pile is introduced,with emphasis on the selection of support type and construction technology.The static load test results show that the bearing capacity of steel pile with enlarged thread meets the design requirements.The calculation results of software and field monitoring data show that the deformation control effect of steel piles is good,and the successful experience of this project can be used for reference by similar projects.
