Study on Cost Management of the First Phase of Affordable Housing Project in Baishui Industrial Park,Nanjing
The first phase of Baishui Industrial Park affordable housing project,as one of the key affordable housing construction projects in Nanjing's"13th Five-Year Plan",is related to social development and the vital interests of the people,how to scientifically coordinate the construction,not only to ensure the quality of the project and the basic needs of residents,but also to control the cost,to ensure that the construction of affordable housing,the operation of a virtuous cycle,is a problem worth thinking about.This paper summarizes and analyzes the whole process cost management of project cost control in the early stage of construction,the cost control in the construction process and the cost control in the later stage of construction,so as to provide reference for the relevant departments of the industry and the main bodies of the construction of affordable housing and the higher level development of the diversified housing security system from the"13th Five-Year Plan"to the"14th Five-Year Plan".
