Research on the Reinforcement and Reconstruction of Brick-concrete Structures in a Primary School in Nanjing
According to the requirements of the construction unit,the project of a primary school in Nanjing needs to be reinforced and renovated.In line with the requirements for reconstruction and expansion,the project has segmented parts of the structural entity by establishing structural joints,while also adopting a performance-based design approach for the single-span frame.Considering the factors such as the use function,construction period and cost of the building,the walls of the project adopts the high ductility concrete reinforcement scheme,and locally adds the high ductility concrete composite structural column,which also has a small impact on the original structure precast slab and foundation.The ledger beam adopts an external steel plate reinforcement scheme and an increased cross-section reinforcement scheme.The prefabricated hollow floor slab is equipped with a reinforced concrete composite layer to enhance the integrity,and the roof panel is reinforced by pasting carbon fiber cloth.Therefore,a reasonable reinforcement scheme is adopted to ensure that the structure after reinforcement and reconstruction has good seismic performance.
