深中通道项目是世界级的"桥、岛、隧、地下互通"集群工程,位于东人工岛的堰筑段隧道主体结构施工里程为K6+550~K7+030,隧道结构为地下双层三跨、单层三跨、单层四跨箱型结构,结构整体跨度为46.2 m~70.684 m.文章通过对深中通道堰筑段隧道主体结构施工总结分析,对施工方案、施工工艺可行性进行验证,通过采取增加防水工程管控、优化特殊部位钢筋工程工艺、优化养护方式等一系列措施,结构质量得到有效控制,可供类似工程借鉴和参考.
Key Construction Techniques for Ultra-wide Tunnel Structure in the Weir Section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link
The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is a world-class"bridge,island,tunnel and underground interchange"cluster project,and the construction mileage of the tunnel main structure of the weir section on the East Artificial Island is K6+550~K7+030,and the tunnel structure is a double-decked three-span,single-decked three-span,and single-decked four-span box structure,with the overall span of the structure ranging from 46.2 m to 70.684 m.This paper summarizes and analyzes the construction of the main structure of the tunnel in the weir section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,verifies the feasibility of the construction plan and construction process,and optimizes the process by taking a series of measures such as increasing the waterproofing control measures,optimizing the reinforcing steel engineering process in the special parts,and optimizing the maintenance methods,etc.,and the quality of the structure has been effectively controlled,which is a reference for the similar projects.
