常州地区小半径盾构区间施工下穿建筑物的影响分析

盾构区间施工在下穿建筑物的过程中,会引起建筑物的沉降与倾斜.文章以常州轨道交通2号线某小半径曲线的双线盾构区间下穿建筑物为背景,采用数值模拟方法研究了盾构下穿过程中的建筑物沉降特性.研究结果表明:在盾构下穿后,1~3号楼均发生了不同程度的沉降变形,其中1号楼在侧穿情况下受到的影响较小,2号、3号楼在正下穿情况下受到的影响较大,最大沉降4.79 mm.各建筑物的沉降与倾斜均满足控制要求.
Analysis of the Impact of Small Radius Shield Tunnel Construction on Underpassing Buildings in Changzhou Area
During the construction process of tunneling through buildings,shield tunneling can cause settlement and tilting of buildings.This paper takes a small radius curve double track shield tunneling section of Changzhou Metro Line 2 as the background,and uses numerical simulation methods to study the settlement characteristics of buildings during the shield tunneling process.The research results indicate that after the shield tunneling,buildings 1 to 3 experienced varying degrees of settlement and deformation.Among them,building 1 was less affected in the case of lateral tunneling,while buildings 2 and 3 were more affected in the case of direct tunneling,with a maximum settlement of 4.79 mm.The settlement and inclination of each building meet the control requirements.
