某高层建筑基础控沉及纠偏加固工程实例

某高层建筑基础为平板式桩筏基础,该建筑出现不均匀沉降,导致筏板等构件出现开裂情况.文章通过对不均匀沉降原因的分析,提出针对性的基础控沉及纠偏微调加固方案.方案包含了采用钢管桩进行基础控沉托换、地基应力解除法实施迫降纠偏及对开裂构件进行加固.实际施工效果达到预期,可为其它类似工程提供借鉴.
An Example of Foundation Settlement Control and Deviation Correction Reinforcement Engineering for a Tall Building
The foundation of a tall building is a flat pile raft foundation.The building experienced uneven settlement,resulting in cracking of raft and other components.By analyzing the causes of uneven settlement,targeted foundation settlement control and correction fine adjustment reinforcement plans are proposed in this paper.The plan includes the use of steel pipe piles for foundation settlement control and replacement,the use of foundation stress relief method for forced landing and rectification,and the reinforcement of cracked components.The actual construction effect has achieved the expected results,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
