长江漫滩区预制桩桩长检测方法研究

预制桩属于地下隐蔽工程,其长度是保证预制桩承载性能、稳定性能和抗震性能的关键指标之一,多节预制桩由于桩长较长,往往难以开挖验证桩长是否符合设计要求.文章以南京长江漫滩区某工程为例,以静载试验与低应变法检测数据为基础,联合磁测井法和孔内摄像法对多节预制桩长度进行检测.检测结果表明,联合磁测井法和孔内摄像法探测多节预制桩长度是可靠的、有效的.
Study on Measuring Method of Prefabricated Pile Length in Flood Area of Yangtze River
Prefabricated pile belongs to underground hidden engineering,and its length is one of the key indexes to ensure the bearing capacity,stability and seismic performance of prefabricated pile.Because of the long length of multi-section prefabricated pile,it is often difficult to excavate to verify whether the pile length meets the design requirements.Based on static load test and low strain test data,the length of multi-section precast pile is measured by magnetic logging method and in-hole camera method in this project in flood area of Yangtze River in Nanjing.The test results show that the combined magnetic logging method and in-hole camera method are reliable and effective in detecting the length of multi-section precast pile.
