Discussion on the Strategies for Improving the Quality of Existing Residential Housing for Aging Based on Demand-oriented
At present,with the accelerated development of urban population aging in China,the construction of social pension service system is being actively promoted under the encouragement of macro-policies,but there are still imbalances in the development of pension services,and the current situation that the needs of the masses,especially the needs of improved pension,are not effectively met.With the improvement of people's living standards,how to further meet the diversified and multi-level needs of the elderly on the basis of ensuring that residents enjoy basic old-age services is a subject that needs to be studied at present.Taking Nanjing as an example,through the analysis of the background and current situation of the aging home renovation,this paper compares the differences between the aging home renovation design and the ordinary residential decoration,summarizes the main concerns of the aging home renovation design relative to the ordinary residential decoration,and puts forward the corresponding strategies of layered design,renovation cycle management,renovation work flow and so on.In order to seek suitable for different levels of home care needs,improve the quality of the elderly group living in the aging transformation design and implementation plan.
