Hoisting and Sliding Erection Method of Steel-ultra High Performance Concrete Composite Box Girder Bridge
Based on the practice of erecting Steel-ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)composite box girder bridge over Qinhuai New River,this paper analyzes the problems such as the long distance between the prefabrication plant of the composite box girder and the erection site,the difficulty of transportation,and the mutual interference between the bridge erection and the waterway passage,the welding deformation of box girder is large,and the alignment is difficult to control.This paper introduces the main procedures and construction steps of the bridge erection by hoisting and sliding,sums up the portal type construction of the trestle bridge,the guarantee of the passage of the channel,the quick,economical and safe transportation of the box girder by water,the sectional hoisting and erection,the sliding and positioning of the box girder,and the three-dimensional space gradual change,and the regulation and control of the bridge alignment,the specific engineering measures such as the transformation of the main beam system and the overall coordination provide a useful reference for the erection of this kind of bridge.
