Research on Large Volume Concrete Construction and Crack Control Technology——Taking a Project in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an Example
Taking a project in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example,this paper investigates the construction and crack control technology of large volume concrete.Based on the project overview and construction conditions,the paper analyzes the key points and difficulties of large volume concrete construction,and proposes corresponding measures.In terms of construction methods and process requirements,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the scheme and technical parameters,construction process flow,and key construction points,including content related to mix proportion,transportation,and concrete construction.Furthermore,in order to control the temperature and cracks of large volume concrete,this paper conducts calculation analysis and puts forward suggestions on insulation layer thickness calculation,self-restraint crack control calculation,and temperature control.
