Research and Practice of Fine Control of Construction Quality of Prefabricated Underground Stations
Assembled monolithic composite type underground station is a new type of assembled underground station,which has both the high efficiency of assembled building and the excellent waterproof performance of cast-in-place pouring,but it has extremely high requirements for reserved embedded accuracy and component installation accuracy.How to ensure the accuracy of the embedded precision and the precise positioning of the components is the top priority of the prefabricated station construction.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward a feasible scheme to ensure that this new structural system from the reserved embedded installation control to the use of prefabricated complete sets of installation machinery to complete the component installation construction through a series of fine control measures to achieve component precision control.
