深圳地铁13号线二期(北延)工程某站位于已通车运营地铁6号线高架桥下,桥梁至地面净空实测数据为13.6 m.为使该站长为25.0 m的地连墙在地铁安保区低净空条件下顺利施工,保证地铁6号线轨道安全运营,采用了可操作性强、施工效率较高的低扰动快速成槽、钢筋笼快速连接施工技术.可对后续类似工程施工有一定的参考和借鉴作用.
Exploration of Comprehensive Construction Technology for Diaphragm Wall under Low Clearance Conditions
The station of Shenzhen Metro Line 13 Phase Ⅱ(North Extension)Project is located under the elevated bridge of Line 6,which has been put into operation.The measured clearance from the bridge to the ground is 13.6 m.In order to ensure the smooth construction of the 25.0 m long diaphragm wall of the station under low clearance conditions in the subway security zone,and to ensure the safe operation of the subway Line 6 track,the low disturbance rapid slotting and steel cage rapid connection construction technology with strong operability and high construction efficiency were adopted.It has a certain reference and reference value for similar projects in the future.
