Based on the current energy consumption situation of hospital buildings,this paper studies and analyzes the goals and directions of energy efficiency improvement,and elaborates on specific methods and advantages and disadvantages analysis from different perspectives such as implementation process,technical path,and mode mechanism.Taking the A hospital project as an example,the main technical measures,business models,and energy-saving effects of carrying out energy efficiency improvement were analyzed,and the feasibility of the energy efficiency improvement path in this paper was verified.Meanwhile,this paper proposes that the contract energy management model is an innovative and energy-saving service model,which requires more research and practical accumulation in the future.
