Research on Key Technologies for Large-scale Reinforced Concrete Well Modular Production and Installation
Traditional construction methods for reinforced concrete wells involve the use of cast-in-place concrete technology, where steel bars are individually transported to the installation location and tied one by one before pouring concrete. However, this method of individually tying steel bars is slow, especially under high-altitude working conditions, resulting in lower efficiency.Additionally, the vertical binding of steel bars in reinforced concrete wells often lacks stiffness, leading to issues such as misalignment of steel bar positions, inadequate protective layers, and unstable steel bar skeletons, which can affect the quality and safety of the construction project. To address these challenges, the implementation of steel bar modularization technology has been introduced, which involves factory processing of reinforced concrete well modules and on-site installation. This approach has resulted in improvements in both quality and efficiency, effectively controlling safety risks, and gradually achieving industrialization in steel bar processing.
