基于PCA的长江漫滩软弱黏性土渗透特性研究

长江漫滩软弱黏性土在长江下游地区广泛分布,其变形、沉降对工程影响较大,渗透系数是影响土体渗透变形和固结沉降的重要指标.影响黏性土体渗透性的因素较多,各影响因素之间存在一定的相关性.文章以南京长江漫滩软弱黏性土为例,首先对渗透系数与各指标之间进行相关性分析,筛选出 6 个相关性较好的物理指标,然后通过主成分分析法对筛选出的指标降维处理,得出 3 个相互独立的综合性指标,建立渗透系数的计算模型.对软弱黏性土的渗透特性、固结沉降的研究具有一定的参考价值.
Research on Permeability Characteristics of Soft Cohesive Soil in the Yangtze River Floodplain Based on PCA
The weak cohesive soil in the Yangtze River floodplain is widely distributed in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,whose deformation and settlement have a significant impact on engineering.The permeability coefficient is an important index that affects the seepage deformation and consolidation settlement.The permeability coefficient is influenced by many factors.There is a certain correlation between the various influencing factors.Taking Nanjing Yangtze River floodplain soft cohesive soil as an example,firstly,based on correlation analysis between permeability coefficient and various indicators,six factors with better correlation with permeability coefficient are selected.Then,by using principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the six selected indicators,three independent comprehensive indicators affecting the permeability coefficient are obtained,and a calculation model for the permeability coefficient of weak cohesive soil is established.It has a certain reference value for the study of the permeability characteristics and consolidation settlement of weak cohesive soil.
