南京地区某软土基坑支护设计实践

文章依托南京地区某基坑工程,分析了软土地区不同外部环境保护要求、挖深情况下基坑支护方案的设计与优化选型.通过监测结果,对灌注桩、三轴搅拌桩内插管桩(PCMW工法)、水平混凝土支撑、钢管斜剖撑等几种支护形式的适用性进行了评价.结果表明,PCMW工法桩和灌注桩两者都能较好地控制变形,但PCMW工法桩在成本和工期上有优势;斜剖撑在软土地区的应用当谨慎,需要更精细的设计,同时要严格把控施工质量.
Support Design Practice of Foundation Pit in Soft Soil Area in Nanjing
Based on a foundation pit construction project in Nanjing,this paper analyzed the optimization of the design methods under different external environmental protection requirements and excavation depth.According to the monitoring results of the foundation pit,the applicability of cast-in-place piles,soil-mixing walls with pipe piles,horizontal concrete supports,and steel pipe diagonal braces was evaluated.The results show that both soil mixing wall with pipe piles and cast-in-place piles can effectively restrict the deformation of the foundation pit,but soil-mixing walls with pipe piles have advantages in cost and construction period.The application of diagonal braces in soft soil areas should be cautious,by reason of which higher requirements of design and construction quality is needed.
