水发泡温拌沥青发泡性能及其混合料性能研究

为探究不同发泡拌和条件对泡沫沥青及其混合料的影响,改善沥青发泡效果并优化其混合料的各项性能,文章通过改变发泡条件和矿料加热温度对 70 号基质沥青和SBS改性沥青的发泡效果及其混合料的工作性能进行研究,并在研究所得的最佳条件下,对两种泡沫沥青混合料的路用性能进行评估分析.研究发现,基质沥青最佳发泡条件为温度 150℃,用水量 1%,改性沥青最佳发泡条件为温度 160℃,用水量 2%,二者混合料的最佳矿料加热温度均为 160℃,两种沥青最佳状态下的混合料均具有良好的路用性能,改性泡沫沥青混合料的路用性能更优,为水发泡泡沫温拌技术的推广提供了试验依据.
Study on Foaming Performance of Water-foaming Warm-mix Asphalt and Mixture Performance
In order to investigate the effects of different foaming and mixing conditions on foam asphalt and its mixtures,and to improve the foaming effect of asphalt and optimize its various properties,this paper studied the foaming effect and work performance of 70#base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt by changing foaming conditions and mineral heating temperature,and evaluated and analyzed the road performance of the two foam asphalt mixtures under the best conditions.The results indicated that the optimal foaming conditions for base asphalt were a temperature of 150℃and a water content of 1%,while the optimal foaming conditions for modified asphalt were a temperature of 160℃and a water content of 2%.The optimal mineral heating temperature for both mixtures was 160℃,and both mixtures had good road performance under the optimal conditions.The road performance of the modified foam asphalt mixture was better,providing an experimental basis for the promotion of water-foaming foam warm mixing technology.
