Prefabricated component manufacturers promote the transformation of intelligent manufacturing by adhering to the application of modern information technology to integrate the two aspects of the industrial manufacturing process of components.Taking a new residential project in Shanghai as an example,this paper introduces how a component manufacturer explores the information cooperative management of the whole process of prefabricated component production.Based on the PCMES production management system,it integrates the no-code platform and GIS positioning system,and successfully applies the self-developed project insight platform to practical engineering projects.It has greatly promoted the integration and development of the construction industry with advanced manufacturing technology and a new generation of information technology.
