本研究探讨了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑运维阶段的集成与应用.尽管BIM技术在设计和施工阶段已被广泛采用,然而其在运维阶段的潜力尚未被充分利用.基于实际BIM工作经验和研究分析,文章揭示了数据标准化和唯一编码在维护数据一致性和可用性中的关键作用,并提出了一套解决方案,包括数据传递性改进和实施细则的制定.研究结果表明,随着大数据和人工智能技术的进步,BIM将在运维阶段发挥更大的价值,从而推动建筑行业向全生命周期管理的转型.文章的创新贡献在于为BIM在运维阶段的应用提供了理论与实践指导,为建筑资产和设施管理的效率与精确度提供了新的解决方案.
Research on BIM Data Modeling for the Operation and Maintenance Phase
This study explores the integration and application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology during the operation and maintenance phase of construction.Although BIM technology has been widely adopted in the design and construction phases,its potential during the operation and maintenance phase has not been fully utilized.Based on actual BIM work experience and research analysis,this paper reveals the critical role of data standardization and unique coding in maintaining data consistency and availability,and proposes a set of solutions,including improvements in data transferability and the formulation of implementation guidelines.The research results suggest that with the advancement of big data and artificial intelligence technologies,BIM will have greater value in the operation and maintenance phase,thereby promoting the transformation of the construction industry towards full lifecycle management.The innovative contribution of this paper lies in providing theoretical and practical guidance for the application of BIM in the operation and maintenance phase,offering new solutions for the efficiency and precision of building assets and facilities management.
