Design Practice of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant in an Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province
The industrial wastewater treatment plant in an economic development zone of Jiangsu Province has a designed capacity of 50 000 m3/d,mainly treating fine chemical wastewater.In response to the characteristics of wide sources of wastewater and complex water quality and quantity,multiple sets of buffer tanks,regulating tanks,and emergency water tanks have been set up to reduce the impact of incoming water on the treatment system.According to the characteristics of the incoming water quality and the requirements of the effluent standards,the pretreatment system of this project adopts the process of"high-efficiency sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+activated carbon filter",and the main treatment system adopts the process of"A/O biochemical system+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+ozone contact tank+decarbonization biological filter".This paper introduces the project overview,process selection,design parameters,and equipment configuration of each process unit,and analyzes the actual operating effects.
